Her culinary journey began in secondary school and was refined through professional training at PomMarine and subsequent experience in the United States — an expert at combining diverse culinary techniques with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients.

What started as a commitment to healthy meal prep for family has blossomed into a mobile kitchen that celebrates a world of flavour — bold, balanced, and brightened by an authentic Caribbean flair. After almost four years of hard work and planning, Chef Ayo's dream of building this food truck from the ground up has become a reality.
